Boxes, stables, paddocks, sand tracks, "All weather" track, hurdle course, steeplechase, cross-country, etc... make up the private training center of "Les Landes".

The sand flat track

1,600 meters around, the sand track

is made in the shape of an oval and has a slight drop.

Jumping tracks

On 2 diagonals inside the flat track, two courses of hurdles and steeplechase have been drawn.

Jumping arena

For the training of young recruits and the morale of the oldest, an arena of small obstacles is in place at the edge of the property.

"All weather" flat track

Traced in a U, a second flat "All Weather" track runs along the sand track and allows the horses to continue their work in periods of frost or heavy rain.

Cross-Country course

On a small 800-meter track in the middle of the woods, a small cross-country course has been set up for the training of horses intended to orient themselves in the discipline.

Bridle paths

Before and after each lot, horses walk in the calm of the forest thanks to the many bridle paths with which the site is equipped.

Boxes

100 boxes and stalls are divided into 3 areas on the site. All on shavings, they are also embellished with Tec Rail rubber mats for the well-being and comfort of the horses.

Walkers

2 walkers with 8 places have been built between the 2 "lower" and "upper" stables for a daily outing of the horses before being ridden on the track.

Paddocks and fields

Hectares of meadows and paddocks are used permanently, either for daily outings or for longer vacations for racehorses.
